Manufacturing Technician – Catheter Production

About the role

Play a critical role in supporting catheter manufacturing operations by serving as a flexible, hands‑on production expert who ensures quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations by setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment while executing standard and complex build activities.
• Act as a flexible resource and subject‑matter expert, troubleshooting equipment issues and leading investigations to minimize downtime.
• Perform thorough quality checks and verify compliance of components, documentation, and finished products.
• Drive continuous improvement through root‑cause investigations, work‑instruction updates, and process‑enhancement recommendations.
• Work independently while maintaining clear communication with cross‑functional teams and manufacturing leadership.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably medical‑device or catheter production.
• High School Diploma, vocational training, or equivalent with hands‑on assembly experience.
• Ability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements.
• Self‑sufficient, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast‑paced setting and communicates clearly.
