Manufacturing Systems Engineer

About the role

Saronic Technologies seeks a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to support and enhance our production software ecosystem, including MES, ERP, and MRP platforms. You will ensure data reliability, drive process automation, and provide actionable insights for manufacturing, quality, and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support, configure, and upgrade MES, ERP, and MRP systems to align with production workflows.
• Translate manufacturing requirements into system logic, data structures, and automated workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for production, quality, and leadership decision‑making.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure end‑to‑end data traceability across inventory, quality, and planning systems.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive lean, standard‑work, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain KPIs such as throughput, yield, WIP, schedule adherence, and material availability.
• Support system integrations (MES, ERP, MRP, PLM) and collaborate on APIs, data pipelines, and interoperability.
• Create documentation, training materials, and provide user support and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Systems, or Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with MES, ERP, and/or MRP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong data‑analysis and dashboard‑creation experience.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to translate manufacturing processes into system and data requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and cross‑functional collaboration.
