Manufacturing Production Coordinator

About the role

Join Nestlé Purina’s Flagstaff facility, a key distribution site that produces 280,000 tons of dry pet food each year. As a Manufacturing Production Coordinator you will support manufacturing and material handling teams by managing production data, inventory, and reporting to improve planning, costing, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Record and track all production activities within the manufacturing systems.
• Maintain master data, entering and validating material requirements and production planning metrics.
• Reconcile materials usage transactions and resolve variances.
• Perform inventory management functions such as cycle counts, variance analysis and balance reconciliation.
• Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams including production, operations, quality and accounting.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve accounting and production processes.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with materials, accounting, inventory or production systems in a manufacturing, military or related environment.
