Manufacturing Operator – Sparks, GA

About the role

Join BASF's Agricultural Solutions team as a Manufacturing Operator in Sparks, Georgia. You will work 12‑hour rotating day/night shifts, measuring and batching raw materials to produce high‑quality agricultural chemicals while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Measure and batch raw materials according to precise manufacturing guidelines.
• Safely operate batching equipment such as pumps, motors, mills, tanks, ventilation systems and control panels.
• Run processing equipment in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate batch records, complete daily checklists and update shift activity boards.
• Follow all safety, health and environmental policies and actively participate in safety meetings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or transferable skills.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating day/night shifts.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending and climbing stairs.
• Readiness to wear required personal protective equipment (hard hat, gloves, goggles, mask).
