About the role

Manufacturing Manager based in Menomonie, WI, leading engineering and business teams to deliver high‑value, cost‑effective products for 3M divisions. The role focuses on strategic and operational planning, capital‑expenditure decisions, and driving productivity across the extended value stream.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering and business teams to create high‑value, cost‑effective products and ensure superior customer service.
• Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with divisional goals.
• Drive CapEx discussions to support long‑term productivity and technology enhancements.
• Collaborate with value‑stream partners to improve yield and productivity.
• Supervise engineers, providing coaching and development opportunities.
• Support EHS, quality, cost, continuous improvement, and other plant‑operation initiatives.
• Coordinate partner alignment and manage extended value streams for supported products.
• Contribute to the Menomonie Management Team and enforce operational discipline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (verified prior to start).
• At least ten years of manufacturing experience in private, public, government, or military settings.
• Minimum three years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Continuous improvement experience is preferred.

What we offer

• Compensation range of $221,591 – $270,834 per year, including base pay and variable incentive.
