Manufacturing Laborer

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing Laborer to join our production team at IDEC Elevator Products in Riviera Beach. The position offers hands‑on work in a clean, safe environment where precision and teamwork are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble materials according to specifications with a focus on accuracy.
• Operate hand and power tools safely to complete assembly tasks.
• Measure and cut materials using tape measures and other precision tools.
• Assist the Shop Supervisor with daily warehouse and production duties.
• Wrap and move pallets, unload trucks, and distribute incoming materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and warehouse space.

Required profile

• Natural mechanical aptitude and interest in hands‑on work.
• Experience using tools, machinery, and performing manual labor.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow assembly instructions.
• Strong initiative, attention to detail, and pride in doing the job right.
• Fluent in English or Spanish and able to lift, move, stand, and bend as required.
