Managing Director of Business Services, Logistics & Ventures

About the role

Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior operational leader to direct its Business Services, Logistics, and Ventures portfolio. The Managing Director will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations across multiple business lines, and ensure alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of business services, consulting, logistics, hospitality, and food service units.
• Lead managers, supervisors, and staff, establishing performance standards and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, revenue, and profitability, and report financial performance to executive leadership.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Maintain vendor relationships, contract administration, and procurement activities.
• Support business development, mergers, acquisitions, and new venture launches through operational planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Provide regular operational reports and strategic updates to the COO and senior leadership.
