Managing Consultant – AI-Powered Change Management

About the role

Campana & Schott is building an AI‑first change management practice for life‑sciences clients. As a Managing Consultant you will own the development, sales, and delivery of AI‑enabled adoption solutions, working directly with senior client leaders on real projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and adoption platforms for pharma and life‑sciences clients.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation.
• Manage client engagements, ensuring successful delivery and measurable impact.
• Collaborate with practice teams to integrate AI solutions into broader change‑management services.
• Drive P&L ownership and contribute to the growth of the AI practice.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of consulting experience, preferably in life‑sciences or pharma.
• Proven track record of selling professional services.
• Ability to converse credibly with C‑level executives (e.g., Chief Commercial Officer).
• Self‑starter who can build and ship AI tools independently.
