Manager, YouTube Channel Operations

About the role

Fulwell Entertainment is seeking a Manager, YouTube Channel Operations to lead platform strategy, daily publishing and audience growth across its portfolio of YouTube channels. The role sits at the intersection of content strategy, audience development and digital operations, driving engagement and revenue on the world’s leading video platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end video upload pipeline for all channels, ensuring adherence to the content calendar and zero missed publishing windows.
• Schedule and publish at least two long‑form videos each week, configuring metadata for all target time zones.
• Set up and monitor monetization settings to maximize ad revenue while protecting channel integrity.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails for search and discovery using YouTube best practices.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports and recommend strategies to grow viewership and subscriber base.
• Collaborate with content, production and marketing teams to align publishing schedules with broader campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple YouTube channels or similar video platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
• Creative instincts for content optimization and audience engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet strict publishing deadlines.

Required skills

• YouTube Studio and channel management.
• Video metadata optimization (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails).
• Understanding of YouTube monetization policies.
• Data analysis using YouTube Analytics or comparable tools.
