Manager, Supplier Shared Services

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a Manager, Supplier Shared Services to lead day‑to‑day operations of its Supplier Shared Services function. The role oversees Accounts Payable, Employee Expenses and Source‑to‑Pay processes, managing a fully offshore shared services team within a BPO model and ensuring efficient, compliant financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a fully offshore financial shared services team, ensuring service levels and performance metrics are met.
• Oversee end‑to‑end accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payments, supplier inquiries and exception management.
• Partner with Procurement, Treasury, Accounting, Tax and internal controls to execute Source‑to‑Pay processes.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, policies and procedures for disbursements and employee expenses.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and operational metrics such as invoice cycle time, payment timeliness and match exception rates.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on standardisation, automation and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading financial shared services, accounts payable or Source‑to‑Pay functions.
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay processes and related internal controls.
• Experience establishing, monitoring and reporting operational KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of process improvement.
• Ability to build effective partnerships across Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Tax and business leadership.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of procurement platforms such as Ariba, Ivalua, Readsoft, Travel Bank or Sovos.
