About the role
We are seeking a Manager, Product Experience Design to lead the CX&D Squad within Mastercard’s Global SME division. In this role you will shape the next generation of business‑intelligence and payment solutions, translating user insights into compelling digital experiences for small‑ and medium‑size enterprises worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute design strategies for new SME product experiences.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, engineers and data scientists to create concept designs and iterate design systems.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of a scalable design system and component library in Figma.
- Integrate behavioral science and data‑driven insights into user‑centred design solutions.
- Champion design thinking across cross‑functional teams to accelerate product adoption.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing product‑experience or UX design teams.
- Strong passion for design systems and user‑centric solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
