Manager, Enterprise Technology – Technical Delivery

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead the Enterprise Technology delivery function. You will guide engineering teams that build, integrate, and scale core enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, and MuleSoft.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of developers, architects, and QA engineers.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and architectural alignment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Oversee system integrations, data flows, and platform reliability.
• Establish development standards, best practices, and governance compliance.
• Manage resource allocation, performance metrics, and vendor relationships.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems engineering or architecture.
• Proven track record managing engineering teams.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, MuleSoft, APIs and integrations.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in compliance‑driven environments is a plus.
