Manager, District Sales

About the role

Join a leading beverage company as a District Sales Manager, leading a team of sales representatives to drive results across retail accounts. This role combines leadership, sales expertise, and brand advocacy in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Representatives, including hiring, performance management and employee relations.
• Schedule and conduct ride‑withs and team sells, maintain retail call frequency, and ensure product freshness and loss control.
• Develop and execute Impact Selling programs, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with legal guidelines and the Wholesaler Equity Agreement.
• Handle retailer inquiries, manage expenses, and collaborate with chain buyers to implement retail chain programs.
• Participate in brand samplings to support awareness and consumer trials.

Required profile

• Minimum age 21 years.
• High school diploma or GED (no college degree required).
• At least 1 + years of sales route experience calling on grocery and package‑liquor stores.
• Experience in the beverage or consumer products industry.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and ability to meet Wholesaler Equity Agreement certification.
