Manager, Commercial Analytics & Revenue Growth

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a Manager, Commercial Analytics & Revenue Growth to turn data into actionable insights that drive profitable growth and strategic decision‑making across the business. The role works closely with Revenue Growth Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance and IT to deliver analytical solutions that improve performance and optimize commercial investments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance commercial forecasting, optimization and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) solutions.
• Design pricing, promotion and elasticity analyses to support revenue growth strategies.
• Lead controlled experiments, A/B tests and test‑and‑learn initiatives to measure business impact.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze large internal and external datasets, ensure data quality, and create executive‑ready presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Data Science, etc.); Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in advanced analytics, econometric modeling or revenue growth analytics, preferably in CPG or retail.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
