Manager, Center for Inclusive Growth – Research & Insights

About the role

The Center for Inclusive Growth at Mastercard is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead its Research & Insights team. This role will shape the research agenda, translate findings into actionable insights, and amplify the Center’s impact on inclusive economic growth worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and scope the research agenda on inclusive growth topics.
• Manage relationships with external researchers, think tanks, and policy makers.
• Oversee research partner deliverables and ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Transform research findings into tools, knowledge products, and strategic recommendations.
• Support the Vice President, Research & Insights, in thought‑leadership and internal learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in stakeholder and program management within a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
