Manager, Capital Markets

About the role

TensorWave is seeking a Manager, Capital Markets to support its rapid growth phase. The role focuses on executing the company’s capital markets strategy, including debt and equipment financing, financial modeling, and transaction management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in negotiating term sheets and recommend debt/equipment financing solutions.
• Prepare project materials for banks, private credit funds, and institutional investors.
• Create, maintain, and update detailed financial models.
• Manage due‑diligence processes and coordinate information flow with lenders, legal counsel, and internal teams.
• Negotiate loan and financing documentation and track deal milestones.
• Support post‑closing interactions such as amendments and waivers.
• Monitor competitors’ financing structures and maintain an internal market database.
• Prepare presentations and financial analyses for executives, the Board, and investors.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and capital‑structure reports.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, private credit, or structured finance.
• Proven experience supporting or executing debt, equipment financing, or other capital‑raising transactions.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience building detailed financial models.
• Experience managing transaction due‑diligence and coordinating across lenders, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
