Manager, Business Intelligence

About the role

RIMOWA is looking for a strategic Business Intelligence Manager to lead data analytics initiatives across its global luxury brand. In this role you will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive decision‑making for commercial, operational, financial and client performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quantitative and qualitative business insights and develop executive dashboards that provide a holistic view of performance.
• Partner with leaders in Retail, Omnichannel, Merchandising, Finance, HR, Marketing and Supply Chain to align priorities and support enterprise initiatives.
• Support planning, coordination and execution of strategic initiatives, translating objectives into actionable plans with clear ownership and milestones.
• Establish consistent reporting and governance, streamline processes, and promote accountability across departments.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships, communicate findings through compelling storytelling and lead special projects requiring discretion and coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence professional with a deep understanding of BI tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and influence without direct authority.
