Manager – AI-Enabled Vulnerability Management (Cyber)

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager to lead its AI‑enabled vulnerability management practice within the Attack & Penetration Testing team. The role combines offensive security expertise with strategic leadership to help clients strengthen their resilience against evolving cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex penetration testing, red‑team and purple‑team engagements for enterprise environments.
• Oversee the production of clear, concise, and actionable security reports for technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor senior and junior analysts, fostering a collaborative, trust‑based culture.
• Stay current on emerging threat trends and represent EY at industry conferences and high‑visibility groups.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional security and business teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
