About the role
This newly created senior finance position will lead the economics of a fast‑growing alternative asset manager. You will be responsible for the management‑company profit and loss, fee economics and the overall financial health of the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own the management‑company P&L and all fee‑related revenue streams (management fees, fee‑related earnings, performance fees).
- Lead controllership, treasury, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) functions.
- Develop and maintain robust GAAP‑compliant reporting, internal controls and external audit processes.
- Build and scale a high‑performing finance team as the business expands.
Required profile
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience at a credit, private equity, hedge fund, or multi‑strategy alternative asset manager.
- Deep understanding of management‑company finance and asset‑management economics.
- Proven FP&A track record across complex, multi‑entity structures.
- Experience designing and implementing GAAP reporting, controls, and audit frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to build or scale finance teams.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
