About the role
You will represent a U.S. or Canadian dealership and source high‑quality used vehicles from private sellers. This is a front‑line, phone‑driven position with full training and support.
Key responsibilities
- Own a territory and work 1‑on‑1 with sellers to source used cars.
- Search listings, call and text leads, and build rapport as the dealership’s first impression.
- Appraise vehicles using the platform and market tools, then make fair offers.
- Negotiate deals, address objections, and secure seller agreement.
- Coordinate hand‑off by scheduling seller visits and preparing the transaction.
- Track all activities, update statuses, and report results.
Required profile
- Warm, engaging personality that quickly builds trust.
- Resilient attitude; handles rejection without taking it personally.
- Self‑directed and organized, comfortable working autonomously.
- Tech‑savvy; able to learn new systems quickly.
- Fluent, articulate English; Spanish is a plus.
- Own a recent computer (≤4 years old, 8 GB RAM), good webcam, reliable internet, and a smartphone.
