Make Ready Technician

About the role

Greystar is seeking a hands‑on Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will work on‑site at the Summit Pointe community, ensuring each unit meets Greystar’s quality standards before it is re‑leased.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements listed on the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage, perform repairs or replace sections.
• Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units under supervisor direction.
• Maintain common areas by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and painting curbs and signage.
• Document completed work and checklist items promptly.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report incidents.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Customer‑service mindset, respectful communication with residents and team members.
