Make-Ready Specialist (The Ravinia)

About the role

The Make-Ready Specialist ensures vacant apartments are turned over to market‑ready condition by performing technical and mechanical work that meets Greystar’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements listed on the community’s make‑ready checklist before new residents move in.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers as needed.
• Inspect and repair or replace damaged sheetrock.
• Perform touch‑up painting on vacant and occupied units.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and amenities by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and painting curbs and signage.
• Document completion of the make‑ready checklist and related maintenance records promptly.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders and lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and on‑call duties.

Required skills

• Caulking and sealing of fixtures.
• Sheetrock inspection and repair.
• Touch‑up painting.
• Pressure‑washing of exterior surfaces.
• General cleaning and minor painting of curbs and signage.
