Maintenance Technician – The Cline Property

About the role

The Cline community is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities remain safe, functional, and attractive. You will work directly with residents and the operations team to address service requests and maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs promptly, including appliance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by performing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with vendor management and coordinate external service providers.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative tasks on equipment and building systems.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in property or building maintenance.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Basic painting and entry‑level carpentry.
• Appliance repair.
• Basic plumbing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
