Maintenance Technician – Sundance Apartments

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Sundance Apartments community in Vallejo. The role involves ensuring that all building systems, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, functionality, and appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Assist with grounds upkeep, trash removal, and pressure‑washing of common areas.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and on‑call schedule (Tuesday to Saturday).
• Eligibility for commission/bonus and renewal incentives.
