Maintenance Technician – Prose Southcenter

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for its Prose Southcenter community in Tukwila, Washington. The role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas safe, functional and presentable.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across common areas, grounds and amenities.
• Document work performed, track inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or property maintenance.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards.
