Maintenance Technician – Promenade Towers

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the physical aspects of Promenade Towers – from building systems to common areas – in excellent condition. This full‑time, onsite position supports resident satisfaction and ensures safety, appearance, and functionality across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new occupants, ensuring each unit meets Greystar standards.
• Respond to emergency calls, weekend duties, and on‑call assignments as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any recurring issues to management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret basic schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Availability for weekend work and on‑call rotations.
