Maintenance Technician – Passero

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Passero property in Santa Clara. The role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance across the property, diagnosing defects and repairing them in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare units for new residents.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities meet Greystar’s standards for appearance, safety and functionality.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with a willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday as scheduled.
