Maintenance Technician – Oasis at Round Rock

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Oasis community in Round Rock, Texas. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendor work.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and follow up on outstanding issues.

Required profile

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks in a residential property setting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
