Maintenance Technician – Los Angeles

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Los Angeles. The role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks to keep buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas safe, functional and presentable.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and complete repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new occupants.
• Diagnose faults, identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical manuals and building codes.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to be on‑call between 9 am and 6 pm as business needs dictate.
