Maintenance Technician – Las Brisas

About the role

Greystar is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to support its Las Brisas community in Santa Maria, CA. You will ensure that the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas remain clean, safe, functional and aligned with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work‑order requests promptly and efficiently.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks across the property.
• Diagnose defects, identify root causes and execute repairs following safety and procedural guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
• Be available for weekend shifts and on‑call emergencies as required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems and painting.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, with flexibility for weekends and on‑call duties.
• Commitment to safety, quality and resident satisfaction.
