Maintenance Technician – Kensington

About the role

This role performs technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas of a stabilized, garden‑style property in top condition. The technician ensures cleanliness, safety, appearance and overall functionality while responding to resident service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests for service.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and common areas.
• Assist with unit turn projects, including repairs and preparation for new residents.
• Maintain plumbing, electrical, appliance and drywall components as needed.
• Ensure high‑quality workmanship and timely completion of all tasks.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in property or building maintenance.
• Experience with unit turns, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and drywall preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently, follow safety standards and deliver quality results.
