About the role

3m is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its production team in Kentucky. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment while ensuring a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment and electrical components.
• Perform routine housekeeping and safety checks.
• Operate mechanical equipment and portable power tools.
• Interpret equipment manuals, prints, and charts to guide maintenance activities.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• Two‑year technical diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic fields, or five years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
