Maintenance Technician – Corte Bella

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Corte Bella community in Fountain Valley. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and overall functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage, returning unused items and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all service requests and maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing components rather than replacing them whenever possible.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Weekend availability and on‑call duty required.
• Typical schedule 9 am – 6 pm, subject to change based on business needs.
