Maintenance Technician – Cinq (Full‑time)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician – Cinq to ensure the physical aspects of its Salt Lake City properties meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will work on a variety of technical and mechanical tasks across buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing and repairing defects in accordance with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Schedule and oversee external service providers, obtain necessary supplies, and ensure all work complies with company standards.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and maintenance manuals.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and building codes.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
