About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time role supports a high‑rise, lease‑up community of 470 units in Miami.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders from resident requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and common areas to ensure optimal functionality.
- Execute the make‑ready process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and necessary repairs to prepare units for new occupants.
- Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to respond to urgent maintenance needs.
