About the role
The Maintenance Technician for the Carmel Linea community ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas operate safely and efficiently, meeting Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance on property equipment and systems.
- Diagnose the source or cause of defects and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Provide on‑call support and be available to work weekends as required.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
- Ability to work weekends and respond to on‑call duties.
- Familiarity with property management software, specifically Yardi.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property management system.
