About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of Ascend Brunswick Village – a garden‑style apartment community – remain clean, safe, and fully functional. This full‑time, onsite position supports resident satisfaction by addressing service requests and performing preventative upkeep.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing and repairing defects in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant units for new occupants.
- Follow a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation as needed.
