Maintenance Technician – $32.03/hr + $2,500 Bonus

About the role

Join Nestlé’s pet‑care manufacturing team as a Maintenance Technician, providing regular and preventative maintenance to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regular and preventative maintenance to plant equipment in process, clumping, blow‑molding, or conventional areas.
• Assist maintenance and controls departments with preventative maintenance optimization and TPM efforts.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform required PM checks, and report problems to supervision.
• Obtain competency to operate all production equipment in AOR and fill ASRS and blow‑molding positions as needed.
• Monitor, operate and problem‑solve throughout the blow‑mold area, from material receiving to finished goods.
• Perform building and grounds repair, maintain spare‑parts inventory, and use WMS and SAP for work‑order functions.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, automotive or military environment.
• Availability to work a 12/2 schedule (12 days on, 2 days off) on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Required skills

• Equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Proficiency with SAP maintenance system.
• Experience using Warehouse Management System (WMS).
