Maintenance Supervisor – Villas (Princeton Lakes)

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee technical and mechanical work for the Villas at Princeton Lakes community, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on repairs with supervisory responsibilities and works closely with the Community Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
