Maintenance Supervisor – The Crossing at Palm Aire

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of The Crossing at Palm Aire community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine community upkeep.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and perform repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and preparation for new move‑ins.
• Maintain common areas, amenities, and grounds to ensure they are clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours maintenance needs.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with a Monday‑Friday schedule and willingness to rotate on‑call.
• Proven experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in residential or community settings.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures, building codes, and company policies.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
