Maintenance Supervisor – The Boulevard

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to maintain building interiors, exteriors, grounds, and amenities.
• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose defects, and execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creating punch lists.
• Coordinate routine upkeep and preventive maintenance across a 425‑unit, mid‑rise, stabilized community.
• Maintain a Monday‑Friday schedule (8 am‑5 pm) with a rotating on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• Ability to assess and resolve building system issues promptly.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and local building codes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders and make‑ready activities.
