About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite role involves overseeing technical and mechanical work and coordinating on‑call duties.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform routine upkeep and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
- Execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, code requirements, and established procedures.
- Oversee the “make‑ready” process, preparing vacant apartments for new move‑ins by conducting pre‑move‑out inspections and necessary repairs.
- Maintain a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours maintenance needs.
