About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of the residential community, including grounds, amenities, and common spaces, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work across the property.
- Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and execute repairs according to company policies.
- Conduct routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to preserve asset condition.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide on‑call support and weekend availability as needed.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in a Maintenance Supervisor role.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple work orders.
- Strong understanding of building systems and property maintenance best practices.
