Maintenance Supervisor – Residential Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of The Weddington community, including grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and perform repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee and execute the “make‑ready” process for units preparing for new residents.
• Maintain boiler and fire safety systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Knowledge and hands‑on experience with boiler and fire safety systems.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday schedule.
