Maintenance Supervisor – Regency Park Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas at the Regency Park community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of vendors and maintenance staff.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects from resident work orders and routine upkeep, following safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and scope specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, order supplies within budget, and complete monthly preventative maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with experience in property or building maintenance and related trades.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with residents, team members and vendors.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets and database programs; property‑management system experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.

Required skills

• EPA Type I and Type II (or Universal) HVAC certification for handling refrigerants.
• Competence with hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards, MSDS documentation and safe tool usage.
• Basic mathematical skills for reviewing financial and administrative documents.
