Maintenance Supervisor – One South Market

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the One South Market community. The role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of building systems, grounds, and common areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors, providing corrective action plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records using Yardi and Happy Property platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of property maintenance experience, preferably in high‑rise residential settings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a maintenance team and coordinate external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and code compliance.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday with on‑call duties as required.
