Maintenance Supervisor – Marlowe Summerville

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Marlowe Summerville community, including grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position works a Monday‑Friday schedule with occasional on‑call duties.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine community upkeep.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and building codes.
• Oversee and execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new leases and move‑ins.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and ensure all mechanical and technical work is performed correctly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed to address larger maintenance projects.
