Maintenance Supervisor (Lease-Up)

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor (Lease-Up) leads the technical, mechanical and maintenance operations for the community, ensuring that all interior and exterior areas—including buildings, grounds, amenities and common spaces—are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance activities and service requests generated by residents.
• Diagnose defects or problems, perform repairs, and ensure work is completed according to established policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and inspect building systems, grounds, and amenities to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
• Supervise maintenance staff, schedule work, and provide guidance on technical tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, local codes, and health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or community maintenance, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical equipment, and routine upkeep procedures.
• Ability to lead a team, prioritize work orders, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to delivering a superior living experience for residents.
