Maintenance Supervisor – High Rise Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the high‑rise community, its grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new move‑ins.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process, including pre‑move‑out inspections and preparation of vacant apartments for leasing.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours emergencies.

Required profile

• Experience in building or property maintenance, preferably in a high‑rise environment.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety guidelines, and code regulations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to identify causes of mechanical or electrical issues.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
