Maintenance Supervisor for Solana Winchester Hills Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time position supports resident requests, prepares vacant units for new move‑ins, and collaborates with ownership and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs following safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for community appearance, including grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and scope specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ordering as needed while staying within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks and support budgeting for repair, maintenance, and capital projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of property maintenance supervision experience.
• High school diploma or GED; relevant trade experience preferred.
• CPO and EPA certifications (Type I, II, or Universal) required.
• Experience working directly with ownership and construction teams.
